In his role at CUNA, Michael assists credit unions across the country with ensuring their compliance programs conform to Federal rules. In addition, he helps credit unions strategically plan for upcoming compliance changes, provides counsel relative to current laws and regulations, and offers training and education services to credit union professionals. As a recognized speaker on the national circuit, Michael regularly presents at CUNA’s compliance schools and other regulatory compliance educational events. Michael has more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry in a variety of legal and compliance related positions. He obtained his Juris Doctorate with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Michael was admitted to the Iowa State Bar in April 2014 where he is licensed to practice law. Michael has earned CUNA’s Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designation.
Tracy is President of Ashfield & Associates, a consulting and training firm that assists credit unions and CUSOs with mortgage lending strategy, development, policies, product design, training and strategic planning. Tracy also works with the NCUA and NASCUS to provide training and education on residential mortgage lending for examiners and regulators. Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking management. Before forming Ashfield & Associates, she held a variety of management positions in the credit union industry. She was the Senior Executive, Mortgage Development at CUNA Mutual; the Senior Vice President of Operations of CUNA Mortgage Corporation; and she also worked with CMG Mortgage Insurance Company. In addition, Tracy worked as the Executive Vice President for Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc.
Tonya joined myCUmortgage as Vice President of Operations in February 2013. She has extensive experience in the credit union mortgage lending industry, having worked with multiple mortgage lending credit unions through her leadership of the Sales and Account Management teams at Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc. Prior to Prime Alliance, Tonya held positions at CU Members Mortgage and MidWest Financial Credit Union. Tonya holds degrees from both Michigan State University and Baker College Business and Corporate Services.
Dan joined Mortgage Cadence 15 years ago through predecessor company Prime Alliance Solutions, the credit union service organization that helped pioneer on-line mortgage lending, where he served as chief operating officer/chief marketing officer. As EVP of Operations for Mortgage Cadence, Green works with the entire Mortgage Cadence team creating greater efficiencies that enhance quality and teamwork.
He has spent his entire career in financial services, focusing early on financial institution accounting and finance with an emphasis on payment systems. For the last 20 years, Green has concentrated on mortgage lending and technologies designed to make borrowing easier for the consumer and the origination cycle more efficient for lenders. Developing methods to measure efficiencies so lenders have a clear view into operational performance is a particular interest, resulting in the annual publication of the Mortgage Cadence Benchmark Study.
Green holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance and Accounting from Michigan Technological University and has also completed coursework in the Mortgage Bankers Association of America's School of Mortgage Banking.

Tim founded myCUmortgage in 2001 as President. He’s also Senior VP & Chief Lending Officer for Wright-Patt Credit Union. He’s a board member of ACUMA and CU Realty, Inc., and serves on Fannie Mae's Credit Union Advisory Board. Tim has bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Finance from Miami University.
