Tim Mislansky



Tim is president of myCUmortgage, as well as being senior vice president for Wright-Patt Credit Union and president of Wright-Patt Financial Group, Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of WPCU. Tim is an active member of Prime Alliance Advisory Council. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton and as Treasurer for Dayton Habitat for Humanity. He is a former member of the Filene Research Institute’s i3 program. Tim has nearly 20 years of credit union experience and is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Patrick Wehrkamp

Patrick joined myCUmortgage in July 2010 as the government lending operations manager. Prior to that, he serves 12 years as the Operations Manager for Select Mortgage Group, Ltd., which was acquired by WPCU in September 2009. Patrick brings more than 20 years of management experience as well as 10 years of government lending experience. He is a graduate of the Bowling Green State University with a business major in Management Information Systems.

Karen Day

Karen became the operations manager of myCUmortgage in October 2008. Prior to joining myCUmortgage, Karen worked as the lead underwriter for Wright-Patt Credit Union for 11 years. Karen has 20 years experience in processing, underwriting and closing of first mortgage loans.

Tonya Coon

Tonya Coon joined myCUmortgage as the VP of Operations in February 2013.  Tonya has more than 12 years of experience in the credit union mortgage lending industry with extensive knowledge in mortgage loan production, underwriting, process reengineering and lending technologies.  Prior to joining myCUmortgage, Tonya worked with multiple mortgage lending credit unions across the country as she was responsible for leading the Sales and Account Management teams for Prime Alliance Solutions.  Tonya has a passion for helping credit unions be successful mortgage lenders for their members and she currently serves on the Radian Credit Union Advisory Board.

Kory Young

CUSO Accounting Manager


Kory joined myCUmortgage as the Mortgage Accountant in May 2011. Prior to myCUmortgage, he worked at Tiffin University as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk for 4 years. While working full-time, he attended Tiffin University and obtained his bachelor degree in Accounting in May 2011. Kory has high aspirations in continuing his education to achieve his MBA and CMA in the near future.

Jon Creel

Business Development Manager


Jon joined myCUmortgage as Business Development Manager in March of 2011.  He has nearly 10 years of credit union and mortgage lending experience.  For the past 3 years Jon has been working with credit unions to assist in mortgage lending. 

He holds a Real Estate Sales License in Indiana and is a graduate of Indiana University with a dual major in accounting and finance.

Jim Crissinger

Systems Administrator


Jim joined myCUmortgage in February of 2007.  Prior to joining myCUmortgage, Jim worked in many roles in the mortgage industry.  These roles, over the last eight years, include foreclosure processing, mortgage processing, conventional underwriting, and systems administration.  Jim honed in his customer satisfaction skills from 1989 through 2000 where he served as a market-training manager with Pizza Hut Inc.  Jim has two small boys that keep him very busy outside of work.

John Allen

John joined myCUmortgage in May 2010. Prior to joining, John was with Wright-Patt Credit Union and has experience from his background at the Member Help Center, as well as the Information Technology department. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wright State University.

Joel Boehmer

Secondary Marketing Analyst


Joel began working for myCUmortgage in April 2007 as the secondary marketing coordinator.  Prior to myCUmortgage, he worked in the trading department of National City Mortgage for four years, and has over 10 years experience in the Financial Services industry.  Joel has a bachelor degree in Finance from Wright State University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Sharon Flohre

CU Realty Manager


Sharon has been with myCUmortgage since June of 2004. She works with the CU Realty program to help members get connected with great real estate agents and reduce the total cost of homeownership. Sharon’s background in sales and marketing along with many years as an experienced Realtor® is ideal in working with credit unions on their mortgage programs.

Cindy Fisher



Cindy has been with myCUmortgage since February 2009 as a mortgage administrator. She funds the disbursements, enters payables and purchase advices, reconciles general ledger entries along with many other daily bookkeeping duties. Cindy brings 31 years of experience in financial services, the last 16 years in ATM accounting.  Outside of work, Cindy has been married 32 years and has two daughters and three wonderful grandchildren: Austin, Haley and Taylor.

Karen Cecil

Mortgage Administrator


Karen came to myCUmortgage as a temporary employee in August 2007 working in the Mortgage Department and became a permanent employee in March 2009.  Karen has an associate’s degree in Business Management and has worked in various industries in the accounting field for over 20 years.  Karen currently funds the loan closings, is the liaison with our servicing company, takes care of member issues after the loans receive funding, and processes the mortgage payments as well as various other duties. She processes all the accounts payable invoices for myCUmortgage.

Mary Jo Price



Mary Jo has been in the mortgage industry since 1986. She has been involved in almost every facet of the business, from processing to owning her own business. Mary Jo joined myCUmortgage in January of 2009. She is currently an FHA direct endorsement underwriter and brings over 10 years experience in underwriting FHA, VA, Rural Development and Conventional mortgages. Mary Jo is a “common sense” underwriter and wants to help members become homeowners.

Jamie Mullins

Jamie has 12 years of credit union experience and has been with myCUmortgage since 2003. She began her career by splitting time as the secondary market coordinator and a loan coordinator. In 2007, she switched to devoting 100% of her time to the loan coordinator position. She has strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and what it takes to sell loans to them. Jamie has worn many hats that have given her invaluable experience for her position. She has been a teller, a contact center representative, worked in checking and deposit services, the ATM dispute department and home equity processor.

Jessica joined the myCUmortgage staff in 2005. She has been a credit union employee for 12 years and has over 15 years of financial service experience. This includes time as a member service representative, financial service representative and home equity processor. Jessica helps process, underwrite and close mortgage loans for myCUmortgage partners.

Cheryl joined the myCUmortgage staff in June 2010 as a mortgage associate.  She has been a Wright-Patt Credit Union employee for two years and has over 20 years of experience working in financial institutions. She has held several positions over the years such as member service representative, assistant branch manager, deposit operations, consumer loan officer and home equity underwriter.

Janeene joined the myCUmortgage team in May 2010. She has over 15 years of mortgage experience. Prior to myCUmortgage, Janeene worked all aspects of mortgage banking from processing, underwriting, closings, and compliance.  She has extensive experience in government processing.

Jessica has worked with Wright-Patt Credit Union Financial Group since May 2009 as a mortgage loan closer. Jessica has more than nine years mortgage experience and enjoys helping our partner credit unions and their members achieve their homeownership dreams! Outside of work, Jessica has been married for 12 years and enjoys spending time with her two children.

Jeffrey McIntosh

Jeff joined myCUmortgage in January 2010 as a Government Loan Coordinator. He has over 13 years of mortgage processing experience. Prior to myCUmortgage, Jeff worked all aspects of mortgage banking from processing, credit analysis, closing, and post closing.  Jeff has extensive experience in Conventional loans, while specializing in government processing of , FHA, VA and Rural Development mortgages. Jeff is also well versed in community lending programs and OHFA down payment assisted loans.

I have been with the MyCUMortgage team since Fall 2010. I began my mortgage career in 2009 heading up the WPCU/MCUM Post Closing Department . During my time Post Closing I was able develop a good relationship with many of our Partner Credit Unions and their members as they achieve their goals of home ownership. Prior to mortgages I attended college in Nashville, TN and I became a mother of twins in 2008.
In my current role as a MyCUMortgage Loan Closer I am having a memorable time working with all of our Partners, learning new styles and techniques to processing loans and improving the members' over all experience with their loan. I look forward to new lessons learned and assisting in  any manner needed to ensure the happiness of each individual loan I have the pleasure of handling.

Nancy joined myCUmortgage in April 2011 as a Mortgage Associate and has over two years experience in mortgage processing.  Prior to joining the Wright-Patt mortgage team, Nancy worked as support for commercial clients at National City Bank for 21 years.
