Making the Mission Possible

It was like any other late summer day. I was relaxing in the lounge of my spaceship enjoying a tall glass of Nasoj nectar (very similar to your lemonade, I believe) and checking out the latest issue of Popular Mechanics. Believe it or not, I’ve picked up quite a few repair tips from this Earth magazine!

All of a sudden, the message notification alert on the bridge sounded. When I opened up the channel, I heard this recorded message:

“Good afternoon, Agent Mort. During your observations and service on the planet Earth, you’ve seen dramatic changes in the world, particularly in your field of expertise—mortgages. We are thrilled to have tentacles on the ground during these unprecedented times. Your reports will be significant additions to our historical documents.

“As part of your presence on the planet, we want to spread the goodwill of our planet Amicitia and assist Earthlings however is feasible. Therefore, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help myCUmortgage not only continue to assist their ‘partners and members,’ but also to help them thrive in this rapidly changing environment.

“Oh, and this message will NOT self-destruct—we don’t want to damage your ship, right? Good luck!”

After hearing this, I paused for a moment and contemplated some of my options to make this mission possible… mission: possible… That’s it!
